Article 41 (powers of relevant court on appeal from Appeals Committee) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (4)(b), after “against” insert “
or, in the case of an appeal against a decision to send an alert about a person, direct that the alert be withdrawn or amended
”

In paragraph (4)(c), omit the “or” at the end.

After paragraph (4)(c), insert—
