30.  In section 356(4)(b)(ii) of the Armed Forces Act 2006(1) (avoidance of assignment of, or charge on, pay and pensions etc.)—

(a) for “permanent trustee in a sequestration” substitute “trustee in the sequestration of a person’s estate”; and

(b) for “1985 (c.66)” substitute “2016”.
