(1)
The Coroners and Justice Act 200964 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 164(6) (the available amount), for the definition of “preferred debts” substitute—
““preferred debts” has the meaning given by section 129(2) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016;”.
(3)
In section 165(3)(c) (property), for the words from “permanent” to “c.66))” substitute “trustee or interim trustee in a sequestration of the person’s estate under the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016”.
