10. Nothing in these Regulations permits a relevant person to retain documents produced by an employee [F1or the Home Office] for the purposes of these Regulations for any period longer than is necessary for the purposes of ensuring compliance with regulation [F26, 8, 9 [F3, 9A or 9B]].
