Amendment to the Renewables Obligation Order 2015

2.  In the Renewables Obligation Order 2015(1), in article 2(1), for the definition of “CHPQA” substitute—

““CHPQA” means the Combined Heat and Power Quality Assurance Standard, Issue 6, October 2016 and Guidance Note 44 (Use of CHPQA in respect of the Renewables Obligation and Contracts for Difference), Issue 6, October 2016(2);”.
