7. In the Contracts for Difference (Definition of Eligible Generator) Regulations 2014(1), in regulation 2(1), for the definition of “CHPQA” substitute—
““CHPQA” means the Combined Heat and Power Quality Assurance Standard, Issue 6, October 2016(2);”.
