The Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 19733 and the Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 19734 apply to the substances and products listed in article 2 of this Order.

The Misuse of Drugs Regulations 20015 apply to the substances and products listed in article 2 of this Order as if those substances and products were specified in Schedule 1 to those Regulations.

The Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20026 apply to the substances and products listed in article 2 of this Order as if those substances and products were specified in Schedule 1 to those Regulations.
