3.—(1) The Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973(1) and the Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1973(2) apply to the substances and products listed in article 2 of this Order.

(2) The Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001(3) apply to the substances and products listed in article 2 of this Order as if those substances and products were specified in Schedule 1 to those Regulations.

(3) The Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(4) apply to the substances and products listed in article 2 of this Order as if those substances and products were specified in Schedule 1 to those Regulations.
