Regulation 35(1)
1. This Schedule applies in relation to waste motor vehicles.
2.—(1) In this Schedule—
“waste” means waste within the meaning of Article 3(1) of the Waste Framework Directive[F1, as read with Articles 5 and 6 of that Directive];
“waste motor vehicle” means a motor vehicle that is waste.
