49.  In article 21(7) of the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2013 M1 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
