13.—(1) The 1995 Act is amended as follows.

(2) In section 42(3)(b)(1), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154)”.

(3) In section 56(1)(2), in paragraph (j) of the definition of “environmental licence” in the application of Part 1 of the 1995 Act in relation to an appropriate agency, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154)”.

(4) In paragraph 4(3)(d) of Schedule 20(3), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154)”.
