Energy Act 2004

16.—(1) The Energy Act 2004(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 10(2)(b)(2), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154)”.

(3) In section 37(7)(3), in the definition of “radioactive waste”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154)”.
