4.  In section 5(5)(c) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975(1), for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154)”.
