Atomic Weapons Establishment Act 1991

7.  In the Atomic Weapons Establishment Act 1991(1)—

(a) in the heading before paragraph 10C of the Schedule(2), for “Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016”;

(b) in paragraph 10C(1) of the Schedule, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154)”.
