2.  In Schedule 1 (NHS Foundation Trusts for which trustees are to be appointed) of the NHS Foundation Trusts (Trusts Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2007(1), omit “Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust”.
