25.  In section 89L(2) (restrictions on disclosure of confidential information) M1 —

(a) in paragraph (c)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (i), after inserted paragraph (cb) insert—

“(cc) a person appointed to make a report under section 83ZB M2 of that Act (reports by skilled persons);”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), for “to (cb)” substitute “ to (cc) ”;

(b) paragraph (c)(iii) becomes paragraph (d) of subsection (2).
