SCHEDULE 2 Amendments to the Solway Tweed Regulations

7.  In paragraph 4(2) (definition of “protected area”)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) omit “and”;

(b) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) a shellfish water protected area;”.
