Without prejudice to the existing obligations, the Ministers must ensure that a programme of measures updated under sub-paragraph (5)(a)(iii) includes measures with the aim of achieving good surface water chemical status by 22nd December 2021 in relation to substances 2, 5, 15, 20, 22, 23 and 28 in the table of priority substances.
