Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

2.  In section 87(6) (consultation and co-ordination) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end add—

“(x) the Welfare Reform Act 2012(1) and the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015(2);

(y) the Pensions Act 2014(3) and the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015(4);

(z) the Pension Schemes Act 2015(5) and the Pension Schemes Act (Northern Ireland) 2016(6).”.
