Consequential amendments
18. The enactments specified in Schedule 2 to these Regulations are amended in accordance with that Schedule.
Transitional provision
19. Section 236 of the 1972 Act(1) continues to apply in relation to a byelaw of a class prescribed by regulation 3 which is made by a relevant authority before the date on which these Regulations come into force.
