52. Regulation 94 of the England and Wales Regulations (restrictions on supply etc of full register)(1) has effect for the purposes of the referendum as if, in paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (b) there were inserted—
“(ba)the Chief Counting Officer and any Regional Counting Officer; and
(bb)any deputy of the Chief Counting Officer or of any Regional Counting Officer; and”.
