If a person on whom a financial penalty is imposed is aggrieved by the imposition or the amount of a financial penalty, the person may appeal to the First-tier Tribunal.

On an appeal under this regulation, the First-tier Tribunal may make such order as it considers appropriate.

In this regulation “First-tier Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established by section 3(1) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 M1.
