Fees for the exercise of consular functions in connection with immigration and nationality

2.—(1) Table 16 specifies the amount of the fees for the exercise of the specified consular functions.

(2) The fees in Table 16 are subject to paragraph 3 (charges for travel time when services are provided away from consular premises) and paragraph 4 (discretion to waive fees for the services of consular officers or employees).

16.2.2Receiving, preparing or forwarding (or any combination) supporting documents for an application for a residence permit or identity card issued by a country or territory other than the United Kingdom.£115
16.2.3Receiving, preparing or forwarding (or any combination) any certificate or document except a travel document or an application for registration or naturalisation.£115
16.3Fee for receiving applications for visas on behalf of Commonwealth countries or British Overseas Territories
16.3.1Receiving, preparing or forwarding (or any combination) supporting documents for an application for a visa for a country listed in Schedule 3 to the 1981 Act(1) or a British Overseas Territory within the meaning of section 50(1) of the 1981 Act(2).£115
