Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(5ZA) and (5ZB), and 175(1), (3), (4) and (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921 makes the following Regulations.
These Regulations have not been referred to the Social Security Advisory Committee as they are made before the end of the period of six months beginning with the coming into force of the provisions under which they are made2.
