76.—(1) Regulation 134 (right to transfer value payment) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2), for “Chapter 4 of Part 4” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 4ZA”.
(3) In paragraph (3), for “Chapter 5” substitute “Chapter 2”.
