CHAPTER 2 E+W+N.I. Exclusions

Exclusion of activities which are directly exposed to competition E+W+N.I.

16.  These Regulations do not apply to concession contracts awarded by utilities where it has been established that the activity is directly exposed to competition in accordance with regulation 34(2) of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 M1 .
