Reporting requirements45.

Contracting authorities and utilities shall send to the Minister for the Cabinet Office a report containing such information as the Minister for the Cabinet Office may from time to time request in respect of—

(a)

any concession contract within the scope of these Regulations; or

(b)

the procedure for the award of any such concession contract.
