CHAPTER 2Applications to the court

Duty owed to economic operators from F1the United Kingdom and Gibraltar50

This regulation applies to the obligation on a contracting authority or utility to comply with—

a

these Regulations; and

b

any F2retained EU obligation that is enforceable by virtue of section 4 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in the field of procurement in respect of a concession contract falling within the scope of these Regulations.

That obligation is a duty owed to an economic operator from the United Kingdom or from F3Gibraltar.
