CHAPTER 2 E+W+N.I.Applications to the court

Duty owed to economic operators from [F1 the United Kingdom and Gibraltar] E+W+N.I.

50.—(1) This regulation applies to the obligation on a contracting authority or utility to comply with—

(a) these Regulations; and

(b) any [F2 retained EU obligation that is enforceable by virtue of section 4 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018] in the field of procurement in respect of a concession contract falling within the scope of these Regulations.

(2) That obligation is a duty owed to an economic operator from the United Kingdom or from [F3 Gibraltar].
