2.—(1) Regulation 1 (citation, commencement, extent and application) is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (3)(a), insert—
“(aa)for the purposes of regulation 29(9), on 18th April 2016;”.
(3) In paragraph (7) after “Except for” insert “Part 4 and”.
(4) In paragraph (8)—
(a)omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a);
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“; or
(c)
Scottish devolved functions, that is to say functions the exercise of which would be within devolved competence (within the meaning of section 54 of the Scotland Act 1998(1))”.
(5) After paragraph (8), insert—
“(9) Part 4 does not apply to the National Assembly for Wales Commission.”.
