In regulation 2(1B)(b) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Assignment, Forfeiture, Bankruptcy etc.) Regulations 1997 (commutation of a pension under an occupational pension scheme)(1), for “from the employment of the employer in relation to the scheme,” substitute “for the purposes of subsection (5)(c)(i) of that section, and”.
