Revocation of amending instruments2

The following are revoked—

a

the following provisions of the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 20154—

i

regulations 1(2)(b) (commencement) and 2(2) (transitional provision), and

ii

subject to regulation 3, Part 3 (amendments coming into force on 1st April 2016) and Schedules 4 to 13;

b

the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration etc.) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 20155.
