1.  A cone is to consist of a conically shaped device—E+W+S

(a)the base of which is—

(i)of any single colour; and

(ii)a polygon having not more than eight sides, which would be contained wholly within a circle with a diameter of three quarters of the height of the cone; and

(b)which conforms to the provisions of British Standard BS EN 13422:2004+A1:2009(1) set out in paragraph 8.
