In regulation 14 (account manager qualifications and Board’s approval)—
a
in paragraph (2)(b)(i)—
i
after “permission”, insert “(other than an interim permission)”; and
ii
for “37”, substitute “36H, 37, 39G”; and
b
in paragraph (3)(a), for “or both” substitute “or innovative finance accounts only, or any combination of such accounts”.
