Amendment of the Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998

9.  In regulation 5DDB (flexible account)—

(a) in paragraph (1), after “replacement subscription of a cash amount” insert “or qualifying investments for a stocks and shares component within regulation 7(2)(h)”; and

(b) in paragraph (2), for “4(1B)(a) and (b)” substitute”4(1B)(a), (b) and (ba)”.
