Change of address of registered office under section 87 of the Act18.

On receipt of a notice from a company under section 87 of the Act to change the address of the company’s registered office from a default address, the registrar may require the company to provide—

(a)

evidence, or descriptions of evidence, listed in the Schedule; or

(b)

any other information or documents that show the company is authorised to use a proposed address as its registered office.
