1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Water Act 2014 (Commencement No. 6, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2016.

(2) In this Order—

“the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991(1);

“the 2014 Act” means the Water Act 2014.
