3. Paragraph 84 of Schedule 3 to the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Designated Countries and Territories) Order 1991(1) is amended as follows—
(a)in sub-paragraphs (1), (2) and (6) for “adjudged” substitute “made”;
(b)in sub-paragraphs (1)(a) and (4)(a) and (b) for “adjudging” substitute “making”.
S.I. 1991/2873; there are amending instruments to this Order but none is relevant.
