26. The Secretary of State must—
(a)store electronically the information which is submitted in accordance with any provision of this Part;
(b)[F1provide the European Commission and the competent authorities of the member States with access to information submitted about any NI tobacco product in accordance with regulation 18, 20A or 21, ensuring that trade secrets and other confidential information are treated in a confidential manner;] and
(c)ensure that information submitted in accordance with regulation 18 [F2 and 20A] is made publicly available on a website, taking the need to protect trade secrets duly into account.
