The Head of Local Infrastructure and Street Management of Cambridgeshire County Council (or his or her successor in office) may at his or her discretion issue upon application a permit to allow agricultural vehicles to proceed along any road or length of road within the area of the existing weight limit zone of 7,362,781 square metres shown edged red and shaded pink on the above-mentioned sheets.
