In Schedule 1 (Specified Public Authorities)—

after “the Treasury;” insert—
the Treasury Solicitor;

omit “an overseas regulatory authority within the meaning of section 82 of the Companies Act 1989 (request for assistance by overseas regulatory authority);”.
