In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in England) to the Bathing Water Regulations 20133—

a

for “Burnham Jetty”, substitute “Burnham Jetty North”;

b

for “Hastings”, substitute “Hastings Pelham Beach”;

c

for “Mounts Bay Heliport”, substitute “Mounts Bay Long Rock”;

d

in the appropriate places, insert—

i

“West Runton”;

ii

“Windermere, Rayrigg Meadow”;

e

omit the following—

i

“Lyme Regis Church Cliff Beach”;

ii

“Newhaven”;

iii

“Rock”;

iv

“Staithes”.
