2. In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (surface waters in England) to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013(1)—
(a)for “Burnham Jetty”, substitute “Burnham Jetty North”;
(b)for “Hastings”, substitute “Hastings Pelham Beach”;
(c)for “Mounts Bay Heliport”, substitute “Mounts Bay Long Rock”;
(d)in the appropriate places, insert—
(i)“West Runton”;
(ii)“Windermere, Rayrigg Meadow”;
(e)omit the following—
(i)“Lyme Regis Church Cliff Beach”;
(ii)“Newhaven”;
(iii)“Rock”;
(iv)“Staithes”.
