[F112A. A person who—U.K.
(a)is the child of a Turkish worker (“T”), where T was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom immediately before IP completion day;
(b)immediately before IP completion day—
(i)was the child of T; and
(ii)was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom;
(c)is ordinarily resident in England on the first day of the first academic year of the course; and
(d)has been ordinarily resident in the territory comprising the United Kingdom, F2..., the European Economic Area, Switzerland [F3, Turkey and the overseas territories] throughout the three-year period preceding the first day of the first academic year of the course.]
