This Order directs the Sports Grounds Safety Authority to include an “all-seater” condition in any licence granted to admit spectators to the London Stadium at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the home ground of West Ham United Football Club. This condition requires that only seated accommodation be provided for spectators at designated football matches, and spectators only be admitted to watch a designated football match from seated accommodation. Those requirements are specified in Schedule 1.
