40.—(1) Section 1253 (delegation of functions to an existing body) M1 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (5) omit the words “paragraph 21 to 22B, 23(1) M2 , 23A(1) M3 or 24(1) M4 of Schedule 10 or”.
