The Modern Slavery Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2016
Made
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 20151, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 61(4) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers, so far as the provisions brought into force by these Regulations extend to Scotland, and the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland, so far as the provisions brought into force by these Regulations extend to Northern Ireland.
