The functions conferred on the United Kingdom by Articles 3(2), 4(3), 5(2), 5(6), 5(7), 6(3), 7(3), 8(2), 9, 13(6), 13(7), 13(8), 13(10), 13(11), 13(12), 15(1), 15(2), and 16(3) of the Occurrence Reporting Regulation are to be exercised by the CAA.
