The Governor must—

a

publish a list of—

i

designated persons,

ii

restricted goods,

iii

luxury goods,

iv

aviation fuel,

v

coal, iron and iron ore,

vi

gold and ores, and

vii

petroleum products; and

b

keep the list up to date.

The Governor may publish a list under paragraph (1) in any form the Governor considers appropriate, including by means of a website.
