Deemed marine licences under Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009I136
The marine licences set out in Schedules 8 to 11 are deemed to have been issued under Part 4 of the 2009 Act (marine licensing) for the licensed activities set out in Part 1, and subject to the Conditions set out in Part 2, of each licence.
